Trisha Stout
Senior Property ManagerTrisha joined DRS in February 2007 and serves as Property Manager for a luxury community, The Dunes at St. Andrews Apartments, in Overland Park, Kansas. She also serves as the company’s Senior Property Manager and was promoted to this position in July 2010. Trisha oversees the day-to-day management policies for all six properties in the DRS portfolio and is the advisor to all Property Managers and on-site personnel.
Trisha’s prior experience includes the 1999 lease up of a 3-tower, 10-story, downtown high rise of 213 units to 99% occupancy while improving delinquency to $0. Trisha’s previous experience also includes 3 years at a new construction project in Olathe, Kansas in addition to her management of a large conventional apartment community in Overland Park, Kansas, where she increased occupancy by 20% over a 6 month period. Trisha has managed The Dunes at St. Andrews for more than 3 years while offering support to more than 1200 units in Kansas, Texas and Missouri.
Trisha is an active member of The Institute of Real Estate Management and The Apartment Association of Kansas City and has earned the designation of Accredited Residential Manager.
